Am Ostermontag gab es einenkleinen Ausflug in Richtung der Rattenfängerstadt Hameln. Mein Malerfreund Malte (Der Stadtzeichner) hatte dort in seinem Atelier "Zur Alten Mühle" eine weitere coole Austellung. 

On Easter Monday, I took a little trip to Hamelin, the town of the Pied Piper. My painter friend Malte (Der Stadtzeichner) was holding another cool exhibition there at his studio, “Zur Alten Mühle.”

Teil zwei aus dem Parkleben. Warum zielt die Person auf dem Sockel in die falsche Richtung? Was machen die da auf der Bank? Und sind das zwei Zypressen oder der Kölner Dom? Eigentlich sind es ja nur "Farb' und Pinselstrich".

Part Two from Park Life. Why is the figure on the pedestal aiming in the wrong direction? What are the people on the bench doing? And are those two cypress trees or the Cologne Cathedral? Actually, it’s really just “color and brushstrokes.”

Deuxième partie de « La vie au parc ». Pourquoi le personnage sur le socle regarde-t-il dans la mauvaise direction ? Que font les gens sur le banc ? Et s'agit-il de deux cyprès ou de la cathédrale de Cologne ? En réalité, ce ne sont que « de la couleur et des coups de pinceau ».

Während des Reifenwechsels auf Sommerreifen habe ich die Zeit auf dem benachbarten Friedhof verbracht und etwas rumskizziert.

While my car was being fitted with summer tires, I spent some time at the nearby cemetery and did a bit of sketching.
