This is now my favorite of the last 10 paintings. Unfortunately, the scanner can not differentiate the tiny nuances in the intermediate shades of gray, blue and pink.

I wouldn't have a hard time making a connection between the forest where Harold is sitting and radioing the explosion and this painting. But some connections are too far-fetched sometimes, aren't they?Mir würde nicht schwerfallen, eine Verbindung zwischen dem Wald, in dem Harold sitzt und die Explosion per Funk auslöst und diesem Bild herzustellen. Aber manche Verbindungen sind manchmal zu weit hergeholt, oder?

Je n'aurais pas de mal à établir un lien entre la forêt où Harold est assis et transmet l'explosion par radio et ce tableau. Mais certaines connexions sont parfois trop tirées par les cheveux, n'est-ce pas ?

Vulture Man - Some characters in Stephen King's novels seem not to come from this world. But for me, the subtle real-life horrors are scarier than any made-up monsters.
