Mir persönlich gefallen die kleinen Porträts im BrushPen-Stil sehr gut. Man kommt nicht in Versuchung, große Details zu zeichnen, und ein falscher Strich bleibt ein falscher Strich. 

I personally really like the small BrushPen-style portraits. You are not tempted to draw large details and a wrong stroke remains a wrong stroke. 

Personnellement, j'aime beaucoup les petits portraits de style BrushPen. On n'est pas tenté de dessiner de grands détails et un mauvais trait reste un mauvais trait.

Anfang März gibt es immer die Herausforderung "One Week 100 People" . Also 100 Menschen in einer Woche zu skizzieren. Die Porträts meisten habe ich aus einer Fernsehzeitschrift abgezeichnet. Einige gelingen ganz gut und andere sind weniger gut getroffen. Hauptsache hierbei ist das Üben. Hier die ersten, die ganz okay sind.

At the beginning of March the challenge “One Week 100 People” takes place. I sketched most of the portraits from a TV magazine. Some turn out quite well and others are less so. The main thing is to practise.

Le défi « One Week 100 People » a lieu au début du mois de mars. J'ai esquissé la plupart des portraits d'un magazine TV. Certains s'en sortent bien, d'autres moins bien. L'essentiel est de pratiquer. Voici les premiers, qui sont tout à fait corrects.

Zypressen haben schöne Formen, die man in landschaftliche Skizzen setzen kann. Für mich immer ein Symbol für südliche Gefilde.

Cypresses have beautiful shapes that can be placed in landscape sketches. For me, they always symbolize southern climes.

Les cyprès ont de belles formes qui peuvent être placées dans des croquis de paysage. Pour moi, ils symbolisent toujours les climats méridionaux.

Momentan bin ich in s/w mit dem Brushpen unterwegs. Sobald der Frühling kümmt, wird's wohl automatisch wieder farbiger.

Heute war das Wetter so prima, dass ich mich nach Mallorca zurückversetzt fühlte. Das Motiv drängte sich auf, als ich im Foto-Ordner schmökerte.

The weather was so great today that I felt transported back to Mallorca. The motif suggested itself as I was browsing through my photo folder.

Aujourd'hui, le temps était si beau que je me suis sentie transportée à Majorque. Le motif s'est imposé à moi alors que je fouillais dans mon classeur de photos.
