Nixe (Studie)

Gestern habe ich letzte Vorbereitungen für die morgige Vernissage getroffen. Ab heute Abend wird dann gehängt. Fürs Daily Painting blieb nicht viel Zeit, darum ist es nur eine Studie geworden, für ein größeres Bild.

Mitgefangen-Mitgehangen

Zwei Damen habe ich ja schon hängen lassen. Ehrlich gesagt, brauchte ich noch ein drittes Motiv für eine Wand in meiner kommenden Ausstellung. Womit ich gerne noch einmal alle Leser, Interessenten, Freunde, Bekannte und Verwandte sowie Kritiker (und Käufer!) einladen möchte, meiner Vernissage am kommenden Samstag, 6. She does'nt care a hang
Two ladies I hung indeed already. Honestly, I still needed a third motive for a wall in my upcoming exhibition. Which brings me to the point, that I like to invite all readers, prospects, friends, acquaintances, relatives and critics (don't forget the buyers!) to come to the opening of my show on Saturday, 6 April 2013. Beginning  at 19.00 h.

Krank auf der Bank

Ein bisschen lädiert, aber trotzdem die gestrigen Sonnenstrahlen genießend, sitzt sie da auf der Fensterbank. Anscheinend hat sich mein eigenes Rumgeschniefe aufs heutige Daily Painting übertragen.
Ich liebe es, wenn sich meine Wortspielereien ins Englische übertragen lassen...

Feeling a bit sick, but still enjoying the sunshine yesterday, she sits on the window sill. Apparently my own snuffle has worked out in today's daily painting.

Heute bin ich online

Ja, ich kenne auch den alten Kalauer, dass die Hannoveraner Männer ihre Frauen an der Leine spazierenführen. Ein weiteres (größerformatiges) Motiv von »Kopfüber«. 
Ebenfalls auf dem Kopf stehend gemalt. Nicht ich! Das Motiv!

Ach ja, beinahe vergessen: Frohe Ostertage!

Today I am online
There's an very (very very) old joke, that the Hanoverian men walk their wives on the line. (Which is a play on the words »Leine« (for leash) and »Leine« which is the main stream in Hanover. One could say, to be online is mainstream in Hanover. And so on and on and on. 
Today another (larger sized) motif of »Upside Downs«.

Uma

Manchmal nehme ich mir einfach die Zeit, um etwas Neues zu versuchen. Und Portaits gehören bislang noch nicht zu meinem Standardrepertoire. Anders, als gedacht, dauerte es gar nicht länger, als ich sonst für mein Daily Painting benötige, um diese Dame zu malen. 

Sometimes I have to take my time and try something new. As portraits are not yet belonging to my standards. I was suprised that it did not took me more time to paint this girl as I usually need for my daily painting routine.

Petitesse I

Ich hatte heute Lust, eine ganze Kleinigkeit im Format 15 x 15 cm als Daily Painting zu malen. Das hat (zumindest mir) sehr viel Spaß bereitet, sodass ich plane, noch mehr von den kleinen Dingelchen zu machen. Vielleicht wird ja eine »Klein-Serie« draus.

I felt like doing a whole little thing in 6" x 6" as today's daily painting. This was lots of fun (at least to me). So I plan to paint more of these small little thingies. Maybe it will become a »Small Series«.
