2118 Every Day in May

• Zusammenstellung aus Heft DIN A6 Hahnemühle Travel Journal •

So hieß die tägliche Skizzenaktion auf facebook im Mai, die ich und zahlreiche andere Sketcher aus der ganzen Welt mitgemacht haben. Zu jedem Tag gab es ein Thema, welches in einer Skizze umgesetzt werden sollte. (Zum Beispiel: "Zeichne einen Schuh" oder "Zeichne einen Baum" oder "Zeichne das kleinste Teil auf deinem Schreibtisch (keinen Staub!)". 

Jetzt wisst ihr, was ich in meiner "Freizeit" noch zusätzlich so mache ;) Die Skizzen entstanden im Malurlaub in Venedig, auf der Workshoptour in Düsseldorf, Witten und Münster, manche erst im Schein einer Taschenlampe im Campingbus oder nach einer Feier um halb drei Uhr nachts im Hotel.

That was my daily sketch challenge on facebook in May, on which me myself and I and many other sketchers from all over the world participated. There was a different task for each day. i.e. "Draw a Shoe" or "Draw a Tree" or "Draw the smallest thing on your desk (no dust!)"

Now you know what I am doing in my "spare time". The sketches were made in my trip to Venice, on my workshop tour to Duesseldorf, Witten and Muenster, some were drawn in the light of a flashlight in my camping bus or after a birthday party at half past three in the night in the hotel.

2113 Blattstudie (Bild der Woche 5)

Die letzten Tage durfte ich mich viel in der Natur bewegen und die inzwischen satten Grüntöne der Natur bewundern. Besonders am Morgen und am Abend während der goldenen Stunde ist der Lichteinfall auf die Blätter besonders schön. 
In meinem Buch ist es das fünfte Projekt, in dem man unter anderem den schönen Kontrast von unscharfem Hintergrund und scharfen Vordergrund "lernen" kann.

The last few days I was able to move a lot en plein air and to admire the rich green tones of nature. Especially during the golden hour in the morning and in the evening  the light of the leaves is particularly beautiful.

Weingut Haus

Auch wenn es vielleicht nicht im Sinne des Weingut Besitzers lag, ist der Charme des verfallenen kleinen Anbaus unwiderstehlich. Die losen Fensterläden, der bröckelnde Putz und die herabfallenden Dachziegel (autsch!) Sehr pitturesk!
