Habe natürlich vergessen, mehr Fotos zu machen...

Ein gar starker Geruch nach frischem Knoblauch durchzog gestern den Workshop-Bereich bei boesner in Witten. Die durchweg motivierten und netten Teilnehmer/innen durften ihn dann auch malen. Meine kleine schnelle Vorführung zeigt einen skizzenhaften, lockeren Entwurf.

A strong smell of fresh garlic lied over the workshop area at boesner in Witten. Of course the nice and motivated participants were allowed to paint it. My small and quick demonstration shows a sketchy casual design.

Es ist das gleiche Material wie gestern, aber eine neue Zusammensetzung.

Keine Angst, ich werde nicht zum ausschließlichen Knollenmaler.

Aber für eine Serie braucht man schon drei Exemplare.

Wild Onion

It is the same material as yesterday, but in a new composition.

Btw: Does wild onion mean the same thing as garlic?

Don't worry, I won't turn into an extreme tuber painter. 

But for a series, you need three copies at least.

Und am nächsten Tag –sprich heute– hat man auch noch was davon.
Durch den Urlaub etwas untergegangen ist die »zeitgleich - zeitzeichen« Gruppenausstellung mit dem Bund Bildender Künstler (BBK).
