For the picturesque dessert of the vegan week there is pear (without Helene). "Poire belle Hélène" was created around 1864 by Auguste Escoffier and named after the operetta La belle Hélène by Jacques Offenbach. 

Pour le dessert pittoresque de la semaine végane, il y a la poire (sans Hélène). Ce dessert a été créé par Auguste Escoffier vers 1870, lorsque l'opérette de Jacques Offenbach "La belle Hélène".

Mit meinen üblichen drei Grundfarben Kadmiumrot, Kadmiumgelb und Phtaloblau bekomme ich keine ausreichend schönen Violetttöne gemischt. Darum sind heute ein Chinacridonrosa (hell), Flieder und Process Magenta dabei – nur falls es jemanden interessiert :)

With my usual three base colors cadmium red, cadmium yellow and phthaloblue, I can't get a nice enough mix of purples. That's why today there is a chinacridone pink (light), lilac and process magenta - just in case anyone is interested :)

Avec mes trois couleurs de base habituelles, le rouge cadmium, le jaune cadmium et le bleu phtalique, je n'arrive pas à obtenir un mélange suffisamment beau de violets. C'est pourquoi aujourd'hui il y a un rose chinacridone (léger), un lilas et un magenta process - juste au cas où quelqu'un serait intéressé :)
