Ein schöner Tag in Carpentras, in der Provence. 

Überall verlocken die schönen "authentischen" Läden und Cafés zum Verbleiben und Kaufen. 

Wir nutzen am liebsten ein gut gelegenes Café, um von dort aus die Passanten zu beobachten und natürlich um die täglichen Skizzen und Bilder zu machen.

A pretty day in Carpentras in the Provence. Everywhere you see these "authentic" stores, boutiques and restaurants. We love to sit in a nearby café and look at the people strolling around. And of course to sketch and paint.

Lang ist es her, als wir uns hier auf weichen Piniennadeln nach der Wanderung ausgeruht haben. Unglaublich schönes türkises Meer und ein paar Boote, die im leichten Wellengang schaukeln. Ich versuche gerade, -äußerst sublim- die Vorzüge von Mallorca als nächstem Kurz-Urlaubsziel zu vermitteln.

Once upon a time on an island, where we rested here on soft pine needles after the walk. Incredibly beautiful turquoise sea and a few boats that rock in a slight swell. I'm trying -very sublime- to  convey the benefits of Mallorca as the next target for a short holiday.

Zum Glück gab es drinnen genug Platz und weitere Bilder.
Yesterday it was great on the Haasenhof.

Luckily there was plenty of room inside and lot more of my paintings.
